Does cuticle cream actually help that much? What exactly does it do and is it worth the money? Thanks! :)?

I wouldn't bother buying actual cuticle cream. Moisturizing your cuticles is important to prevent hang nails, but you can use Vaseline to get the job done. It works just as well, but is much less expensive than cuticle cream. Really, any thick moisturizer will work well.
