Can you describe the stomata and the cuticle of dicot leaf?

The stomata is the opening on the leaf, there are alot of them, they open or close based on many factors, including temprature, they work as respratory holes that release O2 byproduct of photosynthesis. Also they help regulate moisture levels in the plant. The cuticle is a waxy epidermis layer on the leaves, in some plants it prevents water from escaping, in others it prevents the leaves from being water logged. Can you describe the stomata and the cuticle of dicot leaf?
