What is a good thing to use for badly calcused heels. I was told to use Cuticle Remover.?

It's hard for me to find time and be still long enough. Any Ideas? What is a good thing to use for badly calcused heels. I was told to use Cuticle Remover.?
the best solution i have ever heard and know works because i tried it is to put vasoline on your feet and wear socks to bed. you need to put lots of it on. then repeat this night after night for a couple of weeks and i am sure you will see results. its a method that is not time consuming and very simple and relatively cheap. just make sure to wear heavy thick socks so the vasoline doesnt seep through on to your sheets. good luckWhat is a good thing to use for badly calcused heels. i use a foot file every time i shower it takes 2 minutes and it works i also use a good thick lotion or Vaseline on my feet coat them well a thick layer and use white cotton socks when i go to bed you should see results in a few days
You can get a softening cream from your dermatologist. Also they have these skin shavers but you have to be careful with them because you can hurt yourself if you take off too much dead skin and start to cut into the tender skin. I would get a pedicure first if I were you. Let a professional do it the first time- watch what they do and then repeat it at home. Dr Scholls makes a file to us on rough heel skin.
Soak your feet in warm water till soften and use a pumice bar there a buck at the dollar store
getting pedicures ofter will help. try a pumass stone and a calius remover.
I'd go see a podiatrist. it's worth the bucks.

usually there's a reason why you're so calloused (diabetes, wrong shoes..).

they shave it off without hurting your skin underneath.

Be careful if you try to self-treat.
Try a pumice stone (cheap...at Walgreens or any other drug store). Rub it on your heels after the bath/shower... then apply lotion. Don't try to ';fix'; it all in one day....make it a regimen. Keep at it and you'll have great heels in about a month.
