Vitamin E Nail and Cuticle oil?

I bought this oil and the instructions say:


Brush onto nails and cuticles nightly. Massage in to help increase circulation to the nail bed and stimulate nail growth. Remove throughly with soap and water or nail polish remover before applying nail enamel. Reapply after enamel is dry.

what is enamel?


and how long am i supposed to keep it on?


and then i rinse it....?

Enamel is the surface of your nail.





I'd keep it on 5 - 7 minutes.





Make sure you massage it in.





Wash it off and then reapply, go to sleep. o-o
