How do I use nail and cuticle cream properly?

I recently bought a Sally Hansen nail and cuticle cream but it doesn't seem to be softening them. Do I have to massage it in for so long? Is there a technique?

well if you have cuticles you can get a tool that pushes the cutickes down but dont use cuicle cutters cuz dey rip your skin! den jus put the cream on massage it for a bit!
