What is the difference between cuticle remover and cuticle oil?

What is the difference between cuticle remover and cuticle oil? Can I use cuticle oil to remove cuticle? Is removing cuticle absolutely necessary to maintain healthy nails? Thank you for your contributions! What is the difference between cuticle remover and cuticle oil?
cuticle remover REMOVES your cuticles by dissolving them and making them come off. its pretty gross.

cuticle oil softens your cuticles so you can gently push them up and if you want, trim them carefully.

well, you aren't supposed to cut your cuticles because it could create an infection. instead you should push them back with cuticle oil often enough that they don't grow down so far and get gross. i cut mine anyhow because i don't have time to keep up in such a way. What is the difference between cuticle remover and cuticle oil?
My wife is a diabetic and she used to be afraid to go the salon until she found this soap called Carib Isle Natural Soap. She soak for about 7 minutes in the soap and it softens her cuticle, callus and smooth her heels in on go. After usage it smooth out her hands and feet. She and I love it.

Removing the cuticle is a bad idea and can weaken the base of the nail where it grows. It's best to use cuticle oil or cream, rub the oil into your cuticles thoroughly, then gently push back the cuticle with an orange stick (sold at drugstores and beauty supply stores)
